The first step to becoming a Reach Out and Read program is to
complete our online application, which can be found here.
This is the general application that every new Reach Out and
Read Georgia practice or clinic is required to complete.
Understanding that each state has different guidelines for
approving applications, we encourage any Georgia medical practice
that serves children to complete the application, regardless of
ability to fund your first years book budget.
In Georgia we are fortunate to have resources available in
certain geographic areas so depending on where your practice or
clinic is located, the percent Medicaid patients you serve, and
other demographic information in your application we may be able to
add your site as part of our grant funded expansion strategy.
Apply now to determine your eligibility.
